Plaintiffs filed a wrongful death suit after their two young boys died while in the case of their Foster Mother Leslie SMOOT. Defendant left the children in her Cadillac Escalade for five hours in near 100 degree heat outside her Lancaster child care center. Leslie SMOOT served a 9 month jail term.
