This accident was caused by the defendant's failure to yield when turning left. Plaintiff suffered soft tissue injuries and aggravation of prior severe depression from an earlier accident in 1990. Defense had offered $30,000.00, but Plaintiff refused. At trial Plainitff's verdict was 48,500.00 and costs of trial.
