Case No. EC028192. Plaintiff fell four feet from a loading dock onto his left hand. He fractured two fingers on his non-dominant hand, a slight concussion and 5 to 7 weeks of soft-tissue back injury. His medical bills were $4,299.00 and the jury found he lost no future earnings prior to verdict. Plaintiff offered to accept $40,000 and defense offered $35,000. The jury verdict was $250,000.
